CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN WITH LEMON CREAM SAUCE

When I want to eat fast food but I am lazy to go out … yeah, I will make this recipe, fast, simple and delicious!

Chicken with lemon cream sauce, I use chicken breast, which is cut into pieces, then fried crispy, and doused with lemon cream sauce, enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

FRIED CHICKEN

  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp white pepper
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 cubed chicken breast
  • ½ cup corn starch
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • oil

LEMON CREAM SAUCE

  • 1tsp Butter
  • 1 cup chicken stock (or you can use water + chicken stock powder)
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. For wet ingredients, beat eggs, salt, white pepper, add pieces of chicken breast, mix well
  2. For dry ingredients, mix the corn flour, flour, baking powder, a little salt and pepper
  3. Then rub the chicken pieces into flour, fry until cooked
  4. In a pan, add a little butter, add chicken stock, cream, parmesan cheese, squeeze lemon, salt and white pepper to taste
  5. Pour lemon cream sauce on crispy fried chicken
