SIMPLE CHINESE BLACK PEPPER BEEF STIR FRY RECIPE

Black pepper beef a classic stir fry dish in chinese restaurant that probably everyone has had at least one, maybe twice and it’s delicious !
I often make it at home because my family really likes it, let’s get cooking !!

SIMPLE CHINESE BLACK PEPPER BEEF STIR FRY RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 350gr Beef
  • 1/2tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
  • Cooking Oil
  • 50gr Bell Pepper
  • 20gr Celery
  • 20gr Parsley
  • 20gr Carrot
  • 50gr Onion
  • 15gr Minced Garlic
  • 1tbsp Spring Onion
  • 1tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef and coat in egg, black pepper, 1/2tsp soy sauce, cooking oil and 1/2tsp corn starch
  2. Chop red pepper and onion
  3. Finely slice the spring onion
  4. Finely chop garlic, celery, carrot and parsley
  5. Hot wok, coat in cold oil and pour out
  6. Add beef mixture to wok, cook and set aside
  7. Oil wok and cook onion and red pepper, then set aside on top of beef
  8. Turn off/down heat
  9. Add to wok the minced garlic, celery, carrot and parsley. Then the 1tsp soy sauce, 1/2tsp oyster sauce, sugar and black pepper
  10. Add small amount water turn up heat and simmer
  11. Add beef, pepper and onion back to the wok
  12. Add black pepper and lemon juice
  13. Add a little corn flour that has been dissolved with water, mix well
  14. Add sesame oil, mix well
  15. Add spring onion, mix well
  16. Serve
